Devon is one of England’s most popular coastal county. The photos in this gallery will be based in Ilfracombe a seaside resort north of Devon where I usually stay but i will show you some of the popular places to excurse from.

Capstone Hill

The main landmark and centre piece of Ilfracombe Devon. Due to the landscape of this area the hill could be seen from almost anywhere .

Views from the Hill

Take a stroll up Capstone Hill then look back and you will see the beautiful sight of Ilfracombe.

Ilfracombe Harbour

Grab a snack, take a seat and relax. Be careful with the seagulls though.

Verity

One of the newest attraction in Ilfracombe, created by famous British artist Damien Hirst. This 66ft sculpute can be found standing tall at Ilfracombe harbour.

Lynton & Lynmouth Cliff Railway

A short excursion from Ilfracombe and another location you must visit whilst in Devon is Lynton & Lynmouth. Great for a little hike and experience the unique fully water powered cliff railway.
